The project required a design-build approach with the university architect to meet crucial deadlines and allow for partial occupancy during the construction. The scope involve of work involved demolition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades and new high-level architectural finishes.

  - Quick Facts: A turn key renovation of a 25,000 SF stack area in the university's main library. The project required coordination with the end user to relocate and properly catalog the library books. A refurbished lighting system and custom, decorative ceiling system were provided along with the new finishes throughout.

  - Quick Facts: A fast track hazardous material abatement of an 82,0000 SF vacant public school building that also included removal of an Underground Storage Tank. We successfully completed the project in 6 weeks while working with the Owner to prohibit impact to the community functions that take place on the school grounds.

  - Quick Facts: Originally CCG was contracted as Construction Manager (CM) to assist the architect with contract administration for the structural rehabilitation of one of the busiest parking garages in the United States. Due to the technical and logistical challenges of the project, our role has grew into a comprehensive CM approach working with the Owner to resolve daily challenges of a phased project plan in the active garage.
